We’re thrilled to announce that Palate to Palette, the Lyme Art Association’s signature fall fundraiser, is back, and its festivities will be held this year on Thursday, October 15! We’d love to include you as one of just twelve featured restaurants and caterers who help make this evening truly special.

Location: Lyme Art Association, 90 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT
All proceeds support our nonprofit mission—bringing fine art to the community and supporting artists through exhibitions and educational programs. The gallery is always free and open to all.
LAA will provide (1) one 30"x8' banquet table, (2) access to 110V electrical receptacle, (3) hand washing stations and multiple trash barrels.
Restaurants and caterers are responsible for (1) providing table linens, decorations, serving utensils, plates, napkins, and extension cords, (2) providing certificate of liability insurance for one million dollars, (3) bringing sanitizer, wiping cloths, thermometers, and alcohol wipes, (4) submitting all info required for the temporary food service permit.
Ledge Light Health District Temporary Food Service Permit: The fee will be pre-paid and LAA will submit your form. We will contact you closer to the event to collect your information and menu items.
Fire safety. Unconfined heat sources, including sterno, are not permitted. All food heating devices and their use must be safe, UL approved, and in compliance with relevant regulations. No fuel containers are permitted. Grills and food heating devices with open flame must be used outside the tent.
