Harbors and seascapes are quintessential New England scenes which often present complex design issues for a painter.  Boats in motion, at moorings, at docks and in shipyards can create wonderful  yet challenging design elements in a painting. 

In this class we will focus on simplifying your harbor scene or seascape, depict the shape and movement of boats in a convincing way without getting caught in too much detail.
