This course will teach students how to compose compelling compositions and develop paintings that interpret the ever-changing light and color of the landscape. Class sessions will be held in studio using photo reference. Students will explore many painting techniques and methods. Class demonstrations will be provided, but the emphasis will be on individual instruction to encourage the student’s own sense of personal expression.

This course is open to all levels.
