Exhibition Submission Form

Welcome to the exhibit submission form. We are so pleased you are submitting art for this juried exhibition. The purpose of this form is to give artists the opportunity to submit work early for jurying without physically dropping it off.
Review the prospectus before submitting. Lyme Art Association member artists of all levels may submit up to four (4) works of art. Artists should submit their best representational work. Please follow the submission guidelines listed on the prospectus regarding deadlines.
Using this form, you can enter information about your art, upload photos, and pay the submission fee. We are also asking for your Instagram and Facebook usernames (if you use these platforms) to promote the show as broadly as possible.

Jpegs must be properly labeled.
If you have trouble uploading your photographs, please use the below online form to pay your entry fee and to provide your information, but then email the photographs to paul@lymeartassociation.org.
If your work(s) is accepted, the Accepted Works List will be posted on the LAA website by 5pm on the date listed above. Please bring your artwork during the drop off weekend listed on the prospectus. If you are unable to drop your work off during those dates/times you must notify the gallery manager immediately to make alternative arrangements. Sculptural artists: please notify the gallery if you do not have a pedestal to display your work. If needed, LAA has a limited number of pedestals, which may be used upon request. All accepted work, when dropped off, must have a corresponding exhibition tag and exhibition inventory sheet. Click here for the forms.
The submission of work to the exhibition constitutes an agreement on the part of the artist or artist’s agent to these conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF ARTWORK: Checks and credit card payment for purchase of artwork, including CT sales tax, shall be made out to the LAA. If the artwork is sold, 35% of the sale price will be retained by the LAA and 65% of the sale price will be remitted to the artist by check from the LAA. The LAA will retain and remit the sales tax. As a not-for-profit organization, the LAA provides the artists with an opportunity to exhibit but does not assume the role of agent or representative.
